Venetian blinds are available for most roof windows and fit within the opening sash of the unit.
If you are asking about blinds that sit between the panes of glass - then no. You can retrofit a new pane of glass for this purpose as long as you can get it within 24mm thickness. This would invalidate your warranty on the product.
