Depends if the roof panel is a single skin or insulated sealed panel. If single skin then you can use the Velux ZWC Head Profile Set but you still have to create some onsite flashing around the frame of the window. Some people use a kerb and the flashing around it before applying the ZWC flashing - which is really a capping off piece. If a Single skin metal roof - use the normal EDW flashing kit.
